This is my go to place whenever im in town. It looks clean, cozy and is just renovated . The worker is very helpful and will explain to me how to use the mechanical 🖊️ pen and how to match it with the correct ink. If you are into traditional Chinese culture, this is the place for you. The cost is high because of the international shipping rate please understand for them. They can get pretty empty during week days, please support local business.

Very bright and well stocked with all kinds of stuff. We were looking for a Mah Jong set, which they had but only in Chinese. Our mistake, but they were very helpful and understood.

So many fun trinkets!! Cheap used children’s books in English. Amazing key chains, magnets, stuffed animals, gifts, candles, incense, pins, stationary, notebooks, journals, pens, mugs, cups, plates, ceramics, post cards, etc. Really good prices too.

I love this place, the staff are so sweet and so helpful. so happy i live in the building so i can enjoy this store anytime.

i visit here every few months and always leave with a bag of goodies. my favorite daily use pens are from here and they have a good selection of stationery/journaling supplies along with an impressive selection of calligraphy supplies. there are also a lot of trinkets and gift items to peruse. it’s a good place to wander for a while without breaking the bank, but be careful because it’s hard to leave empty handed

They have cute stickers for 50 cents and various stationary products. The miniatures are so cute! I wish I had more time to look through all the stuff they have. There are some cute Alice in Wonderland themed products.

Very cool Chinese book shop. They have things here you won't really find in standard American book or craft stores, even the Chinese-learning books for kids were fascinating. Definitely one of those "hidden gem" places in NYC you'd love to find.
